Warranty

All our products come with one year warranty.

The warranty for the consumables like lamps, led source, laser diodes, valves, batteries and etc is 90 days. For the period exceeding 90 days, the customer is being charged with the shipping costs.

(Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty, including accidental damage, unauthorized disassembly, misuse, etc.).

If you need warranty service, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you purchased. We will respond quickly and provide instructions on how to warranty.

Returns

Τhe Customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the arrival date at the customers premises. The returned product should be send. Please note that in case no issue.

Shipping

We can ship internationally. (including Express, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land, etc.) Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some destinations are undeliverable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping options you choose, lead time estimates may vary.
