Payment Terms
1.Accepted Methods
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) : This is our preferred and recommended method for its security and efficiency.
- PayPal : Provided for buyer convenience.
2.Payment Responsibility
- All invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- The buyer is responsible for all associated bank transfer fees, intermediary charges, or currency conversion costs.
3.Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after we have received full payment.
- Payment confirmation and an official invoice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of funds clearance. Order fulfillment timelines will commence from this point.
Shipping Policy
1.Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier with 3-7 business days after full payment clearance (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2.Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer two primary shipping options :
- Air Shipping Delivery Estimate : 5-7 business days. Best for Faster delivery for urgent needs.
- Sea Shipping Delivery Estimate : 35-50 business days. Best for Cost-effective solution for large-volume orders.
3.Important Notes
- Shipping Costs : Calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight/volume and destination.
- Order Tracking : A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched. You may use this number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.
- Delivery Delays : All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
1.Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return :
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- The return request must be initiated within a specified return period (e.g., 30 days from receipt).
2.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return :
- Products that are customized or personalized to your specifications.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear by the buyer.
3.Return Process
- Initiate Request : Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and detailed reason for return.
- Request Review : We will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
- Ship Item : If approved, you will be provided with instructions and the address of our designated return warehouse.
4.Refunds & Costs
- Return Shipping : The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
- Refund Issuance : Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approval, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period.
